    As we become more and more involved with career, activities, and the day to day grind, we usually take the easy way out and pick up pizza or a bucket-o-chicken to feed our family because there is no time for a home cooked, healthy meal.

I can ensure dinner is already cooked and ready for you. Just heat and eat! 

Best of all you don't have to clean the pots and pans!

If you think that just because the box you are eating from says "DIET" in big red letters that it's healthy, better guess again!

Take the time to read the label on that "Healthy" box of "Food". Try this as a test, hand the box to the nearest 10 year old. If they can't read it, you shouldn't eat it-simple as that.

The meals I provide are healthy and nutritious because I use organically grown meat and vegetables when ever possible. I buy everything I cook the same day to guarantee freshness.

I can have the steaks marinating so all you have to do is throw them on the barbie!

That grill seem like a fire breathing, meat eating, dragon? No problem. I can stay and man the grill while you entertain your guests (and brag about your Personal Chef!)

Is the whole family coming to YOUR house for the holiday?

I can come the day before to prepare everything and store it in your fridge for you to finish off or I can come that day and cook everything from soup to nuts and leave you to carve the turkey.

I can prepare and serve an extra special dinner to help you celebrate in style. After a night out on the town, dinner will be ready for you when you walk in the door.

Intimate lunch date or a cozy brunch perhaps? No worries.

We can discuss the menu to ensure you get everything cooked exactly as you want. Drink as much wine as you want, and dress as you like. I don't care if you eat in jammies and fuzzy bear slippers.

I'll serve the meal, clean the kitchen and slip out to leave you to celebrate as you will... 

How would you and your friends like to have your own cooking show where you are the front row guests?

(ever notice how the front rows get all the yummy treats?)

You can have that experiance in your own home!

You and your friends can sit back, sip some wine and watch me demonstrate the recipe or better yet, you can join in the fun!

I think this is more fun because you and your friends get to chop, cut, puree, mix, saute and assemble ingredients to make the final dish!

I like to limit the demonstration to one or two dishes but can be expanded depending on the time you have available. (Some recipes don't do well because of excessive cooking times or overly complicated techniques)
